Het nieuwe winkelcomplex zal gebouwd worden op een terrein gelegen direct naast het historische stadscentrum van Kielce. Kielce is de hoofdstad van de provincie Swietokrzyskie en heeft 200.000 inwoners. Onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat binnen een half uur rijden 350.000 potentiële bezoekers wonen, met een, voor Poolse begrippen, bovengemiddelde koopkracht.
De geplande Galeria IX Wiekow is een grote, 22m. hoge bouwmassa, met een 9 verdiepingen tellende parkeergarage aan de achterzijde. Elke laag van deze parkeergarage wordt voor het publiek direct verbonden met één van de centrale pleinen in het gebouw.
De buitenzijde van het gebouw is opgebouwd uit een stapeling van prefab gevelelementen. Deze elementen zijn samengesteld uit glazen bouwstenen of grote vitrineruiten. Dit enorm grote gebouw wordt optisch versneden, doordat de systematische stapeling van de gevelelementen een vanzelfsprekende wetmatigheid lijkt te hebben, welhaast met een natuurlijke analogie. Het oogt alsof rond de attractiepunten, zoals entree zones, uitzichtpunten en markante hoeken, de dichtere glazen bouwsteenvakken als vanzelf omgezet worden in glazen panelen; een analogie met een zwerm bijen rond de honing ligt voor de hand.
In de avond gloeit het gebouw als een stadslantaarn op, doordat uit alle poriën kunstlicht zal ontsnappen. De glazen bouwsteenvlakken worden zacht monochroom van binnen uitgelicht. Tussen deze vlakken valt licht uit smalle diepliggende verticale ramen. Daarnaast zullen de etalages van de diverse winkels de felste aandachttrekkers zijn.
Een grote glazen luifel boven de gebouwentree bemiddeld een gekend uitnodigend welkom. De meanderende glaspuien onder deze entreeluifel stoten de toegangsportalen naar voren en bieden in de ruimtelijk oksels plaats aan terrassen van de cafés en lunchrooms, die naast de gebouwtoegangen zijn gepland.
De layout van het winkelcomplex heeft een ordening die uitgaat van een aangenaam ritme in de beleving, dat ontstaat door de ruimtegeleding. Straatachtige zones, met een verhoudingsgewijze laag plafond en tweezijdige winkeletalages, worden afgewisseld met grotere pleinachtige ruimtes over meerdere verdiepingen. Dit ritme, van ruimtelijke spanning en ontspanning, structureert op een vanzelfsprekende wijze het winkelparkoers.
Het publieke winkeldeel van dit winkelcentrum bestaat uit een grote ovale ruimte die over de hele omtrek met daklichten wordt uitgelicht. In deze ruimte staat een kleiner ovaal winkelvolume van vier verdiepingen. De foodcourt op de bovenste verdieping van dit winkelvolume is vanuit alle publieke ruimten ervaarbaar. Rond deze foodcourt worden op de bovenste verdieping leisure functies gerealiseerd, zoals een gym, bioscoopzalen, pubs en restaurants. In de overige 3 gebouwlagen zal een grote diversiteit in soort en omvang aan winkels worden gehuisvest. Het complex zal tot laat in avond voor publiek geopend zijn.
De publiek binnenruimte zal worden afgewerkt met glimmende antraciet materialen. Deze monochrome afwerking doet alle aandacht uitgaan naar de winkeletalages en reclames. In deze publieke ruimte zal overdag een subtiele mix van daglicht en kunstlicht voor de juiste zinsbegoocheling zorgen.

Nie wierzyłbym aż tak dosłownie internetowemu tłumaczowi, ale wszystko wskazuje na to, że kondygnacje będą cztery. Z tego co wkleił user MAŁY wychodzi, że ma być 115 sklepów. Według mapki wklejonej przez niego, na parterze jest 30 parę sklepów, jeśli na pozostałych kondygnacjach też tak będzie to rzeczywiście wychodzą 4 kondygnacje. No i ten parking, 9 poziomów. W Galerii Mokotów w Warszawie są 3 kondygnacje, a jest 6 poziomów na parkingu. Zgadzało by się więc, 4 kondygnacje-9 poziomów parkingu, jedna podziemna lub parking ciut wyższy od budynku.MeehoweCK pisze:Może się mylę, ale czy to nie znaczy "na pozostałych trzech poziomach budynku..."? Mnie zastanawia gdzie na Radiowej takie piękne, ale jednocześnie duże rondo powstanie. Widzę, że na skrzyżowaniu z Polną, ale nie widzę tego w terenie, bo i na Radiowej jeden pas ruchu przybywa aż do Niskiej i duże rondo. Przy Radiowej jest taki drewniany domek i pewnie przy budowie Galerii on zniknie, ale rondo... Chyba, że to "przerysowanie"

Ten plan został wykonany na pewno na podstawie mapy, więc nie widzę problemu. Poza tym tutaj widać, że miejsce na rondo jest.
Ambicja to coś co prowadzi ludzkość do postępu, a ludzi do depresji
To rondo az takie duze chyba nie bedzie, moze cos podobnego jak przy Realu.
